Our data center engineering team has brought the network back online and virtual machines should be acquiring WAN access automatically right now. We are still investigating the cause of this outage.

Our data center engineering team is currently onsite at our rack in the ELK data center, actively investigating a network issue. A technician is working to restore connectivity and determine why the WAN failover did not activate as expected. At this time, approximately 30% of clients at ELK are affected. We are treating this as a priority and will provide further updates as more information becomes available.

ELK is experiencing a partial network outage at the moment; we are aware of the issue and are actively working on getting this resolved.

We are aware of an ongoing network outage at our Elk Datacenter. We are currently in the processing of investigating. We believe this to be a failover event. We will update this status once we gather more information
