Incident Report for Adeptcore, Inc.

Monitoring

At this time all network connectivity at the ELK datacenter has been restored. Our investigation has revealed that our primary firewall at the ELK DC crashed and network traffic failed over to our secondary firewall. Upon further review, we determined that we are unable to access the primary firewall and have scheduled a firewall replacement with the datacenter team to occur after hours at 2:00 AM CST on 1/16/2026. This replacement will not impact network traffic in any way. We are continuing to monitor this situation.

Investigating

We have been made aware of a detected outage affecting our ELK DC. Our engineers are currently working with engineers at the datacenter to isolate and remediate the issue. We will update this post as we gather information.
